9-week 10K Training Program
Weekly emails, private Facebook group, nutrition guidance, injury prevention.
Individual and group runs with intermediate and advanced levels.
All participants receive a technical training t-shirt and race entry into the Cantina10K (Friday, May 5, 2017 at 7:00 PM Up and Running West)
The training program will be geared towards 5K runners/racers that want to increase distance and 10K runners/racers that want to increase speed.
First training group run will be Tuesday, February 28 at 6:00 PM and Up and Running West.
The group runs will be Tuesday night (Westside), Thursday night (Eastside) and Saturday will be neutral location.
We are offering this program for both east and west locations, however, we need to have 10 signed up for the Eastside to happen.
