Couch to 5K Running Program
This is a six-week beginners running program that will get you ready for your first (or first in a long while) 5K!

When: Informational Meeting/Q & A – Saturday 7/22/17 at 9:30 AM
Training Begins 7/25/17 for the ARC Walk/Run scheduled 9/9/17
Group Runs will be Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM
Who: Coached by Greg Brickey, M.S. a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness

It’s that time again – RAFFLE RUN! This is a free event and open to anybody who would like to participate.
Here is how it works,
At 6:00 pm (sharp) we will reveal 6 locations in El Paso.
Runners will need to visit as many of those 6 locations as they can in the 1-hour time limit.
At each location, runners will be given one ticket. (Make sure you get your ticket before you head to the next location).
You MUST make it back to the store within the 1-hour time limit for your tickets to be dropped into a grand prize box.
There will a box for each grand prize. You will drop your ticket/tickets in the box that you would like to win that grand prize.
Only one winner will be selected from each grand prize box.

9-week 10K Training Program
Weekly emails, private Facebook group, nutrition guidance, injury prevention.
Individual and group runs with intermediate and advanced levels.
All participants receive a technical training t-shirt and race entry into the Cantina10K (Friday, May 5, 2017 at 7:00 PM Up and Running West)
The training program will be geared towards 5K runners/racers that want to increase distance and 10K runners/racers that want to increase speed.
First training group run will be Tuesday, February 28 at 6:00 PM and Up and Running West.
The group runs will be Tuesday night (Westside), Thursday night (Eastside) and Saturday will be neutral location.
We are offering this program for both east and west locations, however, we need to have 10 signed up for the Eastside to happen.
Cost is $99.00
