Experience: Race Adventures Unlimited has been providing race/race director services in the El Paso area since 1994.
Overview of Race Director services for your event to include:
- Outline committee structure and their responsibilities
- Timely review of Race Director timeline and meet set deadlines
- Insure representation at all major races prior to the event
- Review application
- Review order and coordinate delivery of T- shirts and awards
- Coordinate delivery of all race day refreshments
- Submit sanctioning request
- Assist in the selection of the race site
- Measure and mark race course
- Submit parade permit request to city
- Secure participant race numbers
- Notify all local Running clubs of event and provide same with applications for distribution
- Train all registration and finish line volunteers
- Coordinate and oversee early packet pickup and registration
- Coordinate race day registration
- Coordinate finish line set up and operation
- Provide race results for race day awards
- Secure awards for ceremony
- Distribute race results to local media and post on web site
