TRAINING GROUPS

Up and Running offers group training plans to runners of all abilities who wish to prepare for upcoming races and fun runs throughout the El Paso area.

Our Group Training Programs are designed to help runners of all abilities, from beginners to advanced level athletes, improve their performance. Each training program is written for a specific race distance (5K to full marathon) and usually, coincides with a local race or fun run.

The benefits of our training programs include:

  • Customized group training schedule *
  • Weekly assisted training sessions
  • Direct communication with the program coach/director throughout the duration of the program.
  • 10% discount on all shoes and apparel in Up And Running throughout the duration of the program.

  1. Hi, I will be for business in El Paso next week. Do you have an open running group I can join? I run 4 days a week but don’t know the area. I will stay close to the univerity, Mesa St.
